The laws relating to Cannabis in Canada are about to change. The federal Cannabis Act will come into force on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 and with it a plethora of provincial and territorial laws relating to everything from licensing, cultivation, possession, use, to driving, producing, distributing and sales, and everything in between.
